On 18 September, we signed an agreement with the Surplex company of Düsseldorf for the purchase of the capital goods of the plant located in the municipality of Rottofreno (PC).

At the same time, we received the keys to the real estate complex from the Innotecs company of Reggio Emilia.

Already on Monday 21st, all the activities aimed at starting production in the strictly necessary time began.

The intent of the company is to produce PVC windows and doors in the Rottofreno manufactury plant, as well as making it the logistics hub for the Northern area, relying on the latest generation machines and equipment that are well suited to the purpose.

The machines for processing aluminum windows and shutters will be transferred to the Vibo Valentia plant, where expansion works and further investments in capital goods are already underway to increase production yield.

The Piacenza complex covers a total area of ​​over 15,000 square meters of which 6500 are used for production and storage and about 1000 for offices and services.

The installed production capacity allows the production of over 450 windows per day in 3 shifts.

The new production unit in Piacenza will intensify the pre-existing industrial consultancy relationship with Marco Rigolli, already known for previous successful entrepreneurial activities in the window sector.
