SPI windows and doors have a 24-month guarantee as required by European legislation. In addition, SPI offers you the possibility to extend the warranty period for an additional 12 months. To complete the simple procedure, you must enter the order code that is shown on the label on each of your windows on the aforementioned web page. These are the first 9 digits of the code located at the top left of the label. If the label has already been removed from your windows, contact your dealer to request the order code. The replacement or repairs of components and / or elements damaged or malfunctioning due to causes deriving from incorrect maneuvers, improper use or wear due to operation beyond the terms prescribed by current legislation do not fall within the warranty obligations. If it is necessary to intervene to replace elements, repairs or extraordinary maintenance, contact the SPI dealer from which you made the purchase. All SPI products comply with the product standard EN 14351-1.
Once the form has been sent, you will receive an email confirming the activation of the warranty extension.
